Therapeutic Breathwork Circle

There is an immense power of healing when being in a safe, nurturing environment of individuals who have gathered for a common purpose - to grow, connect, and heal together. Humans have been doing "the work" in tribal-like circles for thousands of years, and research has shown that having a supportive community is crucial for healing and well-being.
