About the event
Our first breathwork group of the season will be a deeply intentional gathering designed to set the tone for the months ahead. Together, we’ll create a sacred space to reflect on what we wish to invite into our lives, releasing what no longer serves us and aligning with our truest intentions. Through a guided ritual, we’ll honor the energy of new beginnings, infusing it with mindfulness, purpose, and connection. This session will be a powerful blend of breathwork, community, and ceremony to support a grounded and inspired start to the season. ✨🌿💫
