Full Moon Breathwork Circle

Once a month we have the opportunity to gather under a full moon, as thousands have done for centuries, to gather in a sacred circle and take the chance to heal in a safe and nurturing environment. In January we celebrate the Wolf Moon which provides us with the chance to dive deeper and release the old so we can make room for the new. Every full moon calls us to look inward and helps us peel back the surface and explore parts of ourselves that often are ignored, hidden, or even pushed away.
