Full Moon Breathwork Circle

The Cold Moon marks the coldest and darkest point of the year, which means things can only get brighter and better from here. At its peak, it will illuminate both our light (Yin) and darkness (Yang) that lie within, while encouraging us to embrace our full complexity and authenticity. As the last full moon of the year, it will be also an opportunity for a deep introspection to acknowledge what matters most to us, what were the times you felt most connected, and what is it that you want to manifest into your life in the coming year.
